Although I currently live and work in Northern Ireland, I have worked in America, Spain, Gibraltar, France, Ireland, Guernsey, London, Yorkshire and Scotland. <\/p>

I have completed many unique projects which have had various plaster finishes and application techniques to achieve a range of design specifications from conventional, old original rustic and antique, Italian, Romanesque, and modern clinical finishes.<\/p>\n

In March 2004 I achieved certification as a surveyor in remedial treatments (CSRT) i.e., damp proofing, insect and fungal decay of construction timbers. Mandatory ongoing training and professional development via the property care association (PCA). This helps with preliminary surveys of projects prior to the application of decorative finishes to ascertain if there are any unforeseen defects on the substrates, from damp, hygroscopic salt contamination, Fungal decay, condensation. Particularly in damp environments such as bathrooms, kitchens, pools, leisure facilities<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
