Enda McCloy (CSRT) has been plastering 35 years, initially starting in 1988 working in various locations. Isle of Man, Clare Island, Gibraltar, Philadelphia, London, Guernsey. Gaining experience in all aspects of interior and exterior plastering using various plaster products and application techniques.
In 2004 achieved Certification as a Surveyor in Remedial Treatments, (CSRT). Damp proofing and Fungal/insect treatments. Working with Timber Treatments in Guernsey. Established EMC Plastering in 2006 to work on domestic and commercial plastering projects in Northern Ireland, Ireland, and Mainland United Kingdom. Building a reputation with endorsements and recommendations from all our clients, with individual attention to detail.

Internal and External Plastering.
Internal skim coat finishes over plasterboard, sand and cement, and gypsum bonding base coats to provide an adequate substrate for decorative finishes.
This coating is applied to the walls of a building, to provide a protective coating which would prevent rain penetration.
We diagnose, design, and install waterproof and insulated plaster systems to alleviate and overcome problems associated with lateral, rising, and penetrating damp. Condensation control. Fungal and insect decay of construction timbers.
We can upgrade the Thermal Performance of the cold walls with the installation of retrofit insulated plasterboard or an alternative, Iso-therm thin wall insulation, finished with a skim plaster.
Polished Plaster is a term used for traditional Italian Plaster Finish, covering a wide range of decorative plaster finishes from highly polished Venetian plaster and Marmorino to rugged look of textured polished plasters.
We carry out Emergency Plaster Repair works after fire or flood damage from leaks, burst pipes, and floods. Domestic, Commercial, Office, Hospital, Hospitality environments.
